Cancellation Policy
At Dyana Raskin Aesthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.
- Notification of Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling 718-255-6025 or sending an email to dr@dyanaraskin.com.
- Time Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a fee of $75 may be charged to the credit card on file.
- No-Shows: A no-show is defined as a failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
- Exceptions: In the event of a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment without incurring any fees.
- Credit Card Authorization: Upon scheduling an appointment, we may require a credit card authorization to secure the appointment. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is not followed.
