How It Works

Before Your Treatment

Refrain from alcohol and NSAIDs a week prior to treatment to reduce bruising risk. Consider Arnica, bromelain, or Tylenol for swelling and bruising. Remove makeup before treatment.

After Your Treatment

Avoid facial manipulation for 2 weeks post-treatment. Apply Arnica Gel gently after your session to reduce bruising. Avoid lying down for 4 hours post-treatment to prevent swelling. Sleep on your back with elevated head the night after treatment.

Results

Results will begin to appear 1 month after your initial series of 3 treatments over 3 months, and the full benefits will set in about 2 months after your last treatment.

Frequency

For newcomers, we suggest monthly treatment for three months, then two sessions spaced over six months, followed by two treatments every six months.
